The ADESTE consortium is carrying out a survey to map audience development education and training in the field of arts and culture. The ADESTE survey focuses on education and training in audience engagement in the cultural field in order to understand which education/training experiences are currently focusing on audience development at the EU level. The findings from this survey will serve to further assist ADESTE’s Scientific Committee in identifying the knowledge, skills and attributes for the audience developer profile and the possible formal or informal innovative training paths.
In March 2014, project partners will meet in Denmark during the second ADESTE project meeting to discuss their progress and findings of the research phase and exchange draft maps of the most innovative and relevant training practices in arts and culture management.
Are you working as trainer on audience development or for a training organisation providing for training or education to cultural operators? Give your contribution to the survey describing your activity and experience!
